Entry Requirements: 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or a Level 2 qualification in a related subject.
This course prepares you for a supervisory or management position in the hospitality and catering industry by developing a wide range of skills through a varied programme of study. Topics studied include; Front Office Operations, Accommodation Operations, Planning and Managing a Hospitality Event, Marketing for Hospitality and European Food. Over the 2 years additional qualifications relating to the course can be achieved. There are also opportunities for work placements in hospitality and catering establishments.
