1 year course based at the Redditch Campus
Entry Requirements: A Level 2 barbering qualification or equivalent and a successful interview.
The course is ideal preparation for working in the men’s hairdressing industry. The course includes advanced techniques in cutting, colouring, styling and health and safety. The course also covers shaving and key aspects of salon management. All practical sessions are taught in our own commercial salons, with services being carried out on the public. This course also offers opportunities for work placements in the local area and features several relevant educational visits.
A wide range of jobs are available within men’s hairdressing, e.g. barbering salons, salon management, large salon chains, technical representation, cruise ships.
