Entry Requirements: 4 GCSEs at Grade D or equivalent.
This course provides skills, knowledge and qualifications that are equivalent to the first two years of a Modern Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering. This practical course gives you the basic skills that are needed by local employers, with whom you can train further or gain employment as a Modern Apprentice. The course includes Wiring and Testing electrical circuits, Electronics, Health and Safety and Functional Skills.
