1 year course based at the Bromsgrove Campus

Entry Requirements: 4 GCSEs at Grade D (including Maths) or equivalent.

This course is intended for people who wish to study the practical aspects of setting up and maintaining computers as well as supporting customers and health and safety. You will learn how to install and configure equipment, operating systems and the maintenance of software. You will become familiar with Microsoft Office and Web Page Design. The course is delivered in new facilities with state of the art computer resources.

Future Options

Successful completion at Merit level will enable you to proceed to the BTEC Extended Diploma for IT Practitioners or to employment.
