2 year course based at the Bromsgrove Campus
Entry Requirements: 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent (including Maths), or a Level 2 course in IT or Media at Merit.
The course covers general skills development, modelling, animation, game engines, game design, sound for games, digital graphics and game platforms/technologies. Part of Year 1 is a common period of study with the moving image/publishing pathway followed by specialism in games design modules. The course, which is equivalent to 3 A Levels, is delivered in new facilities with state of the art computer resources.
Foundation Degree in Interactive Media and Games Development, degree programmes in Computing and Computer Science and a range of employment opportunities.
